While Joke was watching TV yesterday afternoon I decided to take a picture of her. Portraits aren't my favorite thing, but it never hurts to snap one once in a while. Nothing fancy if it wasn't for the setup I had built around her. I stacked a few chairs to get the flash high enough and put a reflector to the other side. Suffice to say that by the time I was done she kind of had an idea what I was planning.
By the time I realized I was using the 35mm instead of the 50mm she was getting fed up with my shenanigans, so this is the portrait I'm posting. I'm very happy with it, but I might be somewhat biased. Not because I took the picture, but because she's my lovely wife :D.
