Yesterday evening we had another assignment in the studio to complete. This time around it was close-up shots. The model I got to work with had simply amazing eyes and from the 250 or so images I took this is one of my absolute favorites. Quite mysterious :)

brilliant portrait - well done Thomas. The softbox creates a great shape for the catch lights (or whatever square lighting you are using).

Lovely lighting, and so nicely captured. The cliche about the eyes being the window to the soul actually seems relevant here
