Continuing along the path I started out on with the previous image. I don't want to label this social photography really. It's more walking around town and snapping pictures left and right. And to be honest, I still don't feel 100% comfortable taking pictures of complete strangers. It's one of those hurdles I can only get passed by going out and taking more pictures I guess.
Oh, and I really miss my little Panasonic LX2. Running around with a DSLR strapped around your neck really doesn't help trying to be inconspicuous. I mailed the store and they told me they had received it and they would get back to me with a status report mid March. That's like at least another month before I get it back, sucks.

Great shot! I know what you mean about taking photos of strangers though. And if they see you taking a photo of them, they either eye you like you're some stalker, or they pose. Neither of which are really desirable. *sigh*

Well, I find this sort of phoography REALLY interesting: a moment in your life and the life of another person in social context - a window on another place and people. It's a fine shot too.
